Try the One Month Fat Loss Foundation - Vivid Visual Imagery (VVI) Personal Challenge It is vital to train your self-concept (how you think about yourself and your place in the world) to programme your mind into thinking that you have an attractive body. You can do this using my Vivid Visual Imagery (VVI) technique. Do you want the mindset that says? “Look at me, I’ve got a great (sexy) body” Try The Neurological - Muscle - Mind (NMM) Exercise:
Using the NMM/VVI technique try to visualise yourself from head to toe as you wish to look. Make sure that it is YOU in the picture.
Attaining VVI VVI is quite simple to attain and takes you to an almost self hypnotic state, it is vital that you have total belief in this process working and that you continually work at it. It might take a few practices to fully experience a ‘clear mind’ but it will come. Once you develop the technique to achieve this state it will become an essential tool for improving your life. Perform this exercise in the morning, during a quiet moment in the daytime and again last thing at night in bed. The night session is key as you will go to sleep on a ‘post hypnotic suggestion’ which will nourish the mind. Stare at the ceiling, looking just above you so that your eyes strain very slightly, then tell yourself (in your head) that your eyelids are becoming heavy and will be fully closed in 5 seconds (you will be amazed how you can obey this command). The key is to completely clear your mind then visualise yourself with that body of your dreams. You can also give yourself specific suggestions whilst in this state on how you will achieve your goals such as; I will take my training to another level or I will resist all sweet foods or no more alcohol during weekdays. The list is endless you could even add other suggestions that might include improving your self confidence. Try the VVI programme for 30 days and you will experience a dramatic change in the way you train, eat, how your body looks, cutting out bad habits, building confidence and it can open up a whole new world of psychological freedom.
